Crecimos en recaudo en predial e industria y comercio, lo cual nos hace muy felices porque podemos seguir llevando m\u00e1s desarrollo a toda nuestra ciudad. De todos los espacios que he tenido para gobernar Barranquilla, este definitivamente est\u00e1 rompiendo r\u00e9cord en todo\u201d. (<a href=\"https:\/\/barranquilla.us12.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=8e0d3b8b4c2b0f62b45d2c759&amp;id=a1ab1d4616&amp;e=fbbc083f3d\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/barranquilla.us12.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u%3D8e0d3b8b4c2b0f62b45d2c759%26id%3Da1ab1d4616%26e%3Dfbbc083f3d&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1723056031316000&amp;usg=AOvVaw1IG-rns_iFiD_1ytPJXLJI\">Ver publicaci\u00f3n<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>El r\u00e9cord en el recaudo demuestra la din\u00e1mica de negocios de la ciudad y la confianza de los contribuyentes en la gesti\u00f3n liderada por el alcalde Alejandro Char desde el primero de enero de este a\u00f1o, que ha llevado r\u00e1pidamente a poner en marcha obras y proyectos para el beneficio de los barranquilleros, como el mejoramiento de viviendas en distintos barrios de la ciudad, la entrega de nuevos parques, la adquisici\u00f3n de vivienda nueva a trav\u00e9s de Mi Techo Propio, el inicio de los trabajos en el Gran Malec\u00f3n del Suroriente, en Rebolo, y en el polideportivo de La Magdalena, entre otros proyectos de impacto social.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con las cifras, entre enero y julio de 2024, el impuesto de industria y comercio y su complementario de avisos y tableros lleg\u00f3 a la hist\u00f3rica suma de 645.548 millones de pesos, lo que representa un crecimiento del 43%, con relaci\u00f3n al mismo periodo del a\u00f1o anterior, cuyo recaudo fue de 451.581 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto al impuesto predial unificado este alcanz\u00f3 un recaudo de 489.357 millones de pesos, con corte al 31 de julio, que equivale a un incremento del 18,4%, en comparaci\u00f3n con la cifra de 413.276 millones de pesos obtenida entre los meses de enero y julio de 2023.<\/p>\n<p>A su vez, las estampillas contractuales: protercera edad, procultura y bono al deporte recaudaron un total de 49.034 millones de pesos en los primeros siete meses del a\u00f1o, frente a 18.681 millones de pesos obtenidos por este concepto en el mismo periodo del a\u00f1o anterior, es decir, crecieron en un 162%.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, la Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda y la Gerencia de Gesti\u00f3n de Ingresos, explican que este comportamiento extraordinario se debe a la eliminaci\u00f3n de las exenciones establecidas en el Estatuto Tributario Distrital, cuyo hecho generador era la contrataci\u00f3n con el Estado, durante el periodo 2020 \u2013 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Los impuestos distritales representan la principal fuente de ingresos propia del Distrito, de all\u00ed la importancia de contar con ciudadanos que est\u00e1n comprometidos con el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones tributarias, porque son testigos del desarrollo progresivo de la ciudad.<\/p>\n<p>El buen momento de las rentas distritales es fundamental para la ejecuci\u00f3n del Plan de Desarrollo Barranquilla a Otro Nivel, en el que la\u00a0Administraci\u00f3n distrital busca enfocar sus esfuerzos a: mayor empleabilidad; promoci\u00f3n de viviendas dignas y servicios p\u00fablicos eficientes; atenci\u00f3n en salud, educaci\u00f3n, recreaci\u00f3n, deporte y cultura; participaci\u00f3n ciudadana e inclusi\u00f3n social; preservaci\u00f3n del medioambiente y adaptaci\u00f3n al cambio clim\u00e1tico; creaci\u00f3n de ambientes urbanos estrat\u00e9gicos y una movilidad eficiente.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El impuesto de industria y comercio ha aumentado hasta en un 43% con respecto al<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":1164,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[221],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-1163","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-barranquilla"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.0 -
