Es que despu\u00e9s de los incontables anuncios sobre la disminuci\u00f3n de las tarifas de energ\u00eda que han quedado en el aire, la incredulidad es justificada. Sin embargo, no desistimos de un proyecto que ilusiona a la regi\u00f3n, desde hace d\u00e9cadas, especialmente a los departamentos de Atl\u00e1ntico, Bol\u00edvar y Magdalena: la construcci\u00f3n del Tren Regional del Caribe.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Para una regi\u00f3n que busca mejorar la calidad de vida de sus habitantes, fomentar la integraci\u00f3n comercial y fortalecer su competitividad, este proyecto del tren mixto, de carga y pasajeros, no solo representa una nueva forma de conexi\u00f3n, sino que tambi\u00e9n reducci\u00f3n de costos, descongesti\u00f3n de las carreteras, integraci\u00f3n comercial, competitividad, entre otros importantes beneficios. Seg\u00fan el estudio de prefactibilidad realizado por Financiera de Desarrollo Territorial (Findeter), el trazado inicial del tren que conectar\u00eda los departamentos del Atl\u00e1ntico, Magdalena y Bol\u00edvar abarca un recorrido de 363 kil\u00f3metros, atravesando 25 municipios: seis en Bol\u00edvar, diez en Atl\u00e1ntico y nueve en Magdalena.
